Finite Element Analysis
FEA is very useful in solving problems in which analytical solution is hard to achieve. We are using several FEA codes depends on the complexity of the problem: ANSYS, ABAQUS, SOLIDWORKS FEA, and NOZZLEPRO.
Computational Fluid Dynamics Analysis
Using the latest CFD software, CVER engineers able to simulate the most challenging flow problems: conjugate heat transfer, fluid solid Interaction (FSI), combustion, Turbulence and laminar flow, erosion, multiphase flow, and etc.
Fit For Service Analysis
FFS assessment is a multi-disciplinary engineering approach that is used to determine if equipment is fit to continue operation for some desired future period. The equipment may contain flaws, have sustained damage, or have aged so that it cannot be evaluated by use of the original construction codes. API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 is code that CVER follows to do FFS analysis.
